  • Laser-Indexed Foam Cavities – Each position is laser marked with a number to maintain nozzle position during removal and reinstallation.

  • Integrated O-Ring & Tube Storage – Acrylic labels with white text organize spare O-rings and tubes for quick identification.

  • Core Return Reminder – Includes core charge disclaimer label when sending nozzles out for overhaul.

  • Protective Storage Case – Industry-standard protective case shields the contents during storage and transport.

  • Impact Protection – Precision foam cushioning protects valuable fuel nozzles even if the outer case is damaged.

  • Premium LD45 Zote Foam – Closed-cell polyethylene foam with excellent resistance to fuel, oil, alcohol, and solvents.
